A Question of the Zzzzzzzzz’s

August 29, 2007

I’m sure you’ve probably asked yourself this question. If you haven’t,
once you get relatively successful, you begin asking it….

“How can I save more time during the day for more productive things?”

Time that can be put into making more money, hobbies, spending time
with family, or growing the long-term impact of your business.

On average, we “waste” anywhere from 6 to 9 hours a day sleeping.

I slept 8 hours a day on average before, taking it as the norm…
but I started asking myself if that can be cut back just a wee bit
yet still remain healthy.

This took years later to slowly find my own answers.

It really wasn’t as simple as drink lots of coffee, force yourself
to stay up more, and feel like crap at other “low” times.

Those things only SEEMED to save me time. I realize in hindsight that
those things only made me less productive on average.

I was one of those “zombies” that American media portrays their people.

What’s an automatic method to start decreasing your sleep, yet retain
quality starting today?

Start biologically training your body to define “rise” and “fall”.

How do we do that?

Get sunlight in your eyes the moment you want to train your body to
wake up. It’s that powerful and with consistency, you’ll see this
make your entire productivity better.

I hope this one tip helps you tremendously.

Sincerely,

Will Halliburton

P.S. If you’re seriously interested in decreasing your sleep time
to 5-6 hours max, yet stay healthy and refreshed as if you got over
10 hours, read this free “sleep report” that radically shatters a
few sleep myths for you:

Beyond AdWords …. Leaning Back

August 23, 2007

Just the last two weeks, I took a vacation out of Los Angeles to my family’s home in the Northwest part of the United States…. great scenery, absolutely beautiful summers, a REAL treat and getaway from the hustles of city life!

I spent an entire day out at a nearby lake, fishing … it was my day off…..

It was a way to replenish my mental muscles.

We all get so caught up in the heat of things, whatever our revenue or business goals, that everyone forgets to take more time off.

So do yourself a massive favor this or next week and take one day, just one day off. Doing nothing but something you enjoy and REFLECT. You’ll see a lot of things that have been holding you back, in whatever endeavor you’re doing.

When things get so heavy … I remember a quote by Ross Perot … “Work and business are not that important”. Of course you and I know they are, but for one day… just leave it out of your mind.

I remember a long time back, while I was working at various affiliate marketing techniques and couldn’t figure out why something would not convert. I slammed my head everywhere …

It was that week that a colleague and I took our planned trip over to San Francisco for a seminar. It was those days that took my mind off and the answers hit me like waves without effort.

I went back and almost instantly, they did solve my original problem.

It’s been argued that these things occur because we all know the answers within ourselves (think about how much we learn everyday, reading, trial-and-error, etc)…. it’s just a matter of them coming out. If you know any elite athletes or lawyers or whoever is amazing in their field, you know they train super hard, but when it’s time to perform, they just trust their own skills (almost instinctual) to take them to new heights. Isn’t that funny and ironic?

This time, I hope it does the same for me. Try it out, whatever obstacles you currently have in life. You’ll surprise yourself at whatever new comes to fruit. Something, perhaps a solution, that was dormant in you.
